SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders are shipped from Italy within 3 working days. Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–7 working days. Tracking information is sent by email when your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Returns

You can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Contact info@nwelive.com to receive the return address and instructions. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
